Pour Along is a coffee ratio calculator and a player that brews along with you, pour by pour, on recipes their brewers actually published.

How recipes get on this site

Every recipe is checked by hand against what the brewer, brand or competition itself published: their own video, article or official record. We link that source on the recipe page. If we can't confirm the numbers at a source like that, we don't list the recipe.

Where a source leaves something open, such as how fast to pour, we say so on the page. Times marked ~ are a guide, not part of the published recipe.

What the player changes

Water and dose scale together so the ratio stays the same. Times stay as published. The rising and falling screen is only a visual guide to the timetable.

Who we are not

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the people, brands or competitions named on this site. Their names are used to say where a recipe comes from.

How we use AI

We use AI to read sources, build pages and improve the site. Recipe numbers come from the sources linked on each page, and are checked by a script before publishing.
